For Handl Tyrol bacon cubes, ham and belly bacon are lightly smoked and air-dried over beech wood according to the traditional method of production such as dry, salted with selected salts and spices such as juniper, garlic and pepper.
The products then mature for weeks and are cut using a special cube technique (approx. 6 mm).
